Overview

At Aedeon, long tasks such as codebase migrations need many specialized agents working in sync. Some agents plan the work, others implement it, and others verify the result. The Agent Orchestration Platform coordinates that fleet so a migration runs as one supervised workflow with shared state, instead of scattered agent runs that drift apart.

The problem

Agent runs drift when they do not share state. Two agents redo the same work, contradict each other, or leave a migration half applied with no record of what finished. A deploy or a rate limited model call in the middle of a long run should pause the work, not destroy it.

What I built

  • Designed the orchestration model that sequences agents through plan, implement, and verify stages against shared workflow state.
  • Led the team of 7 engineers across the platform, agent, and infrastructure workstreams who built the platform.
  • Defined the verification step so every change an agent produces is checked before it lands.
  • Set the release and reliability standards the platform ships under, covering code quality, release planning, and security.

Impact

  • Migrations complete as supervised workflows with a record of what finished, so interrupted work resumes instead of restarting.
  • Agent produced changes are verified before they land, which keeps bad edits out of the codebase.
